Witness Testimony

"My mom came inside around 12:30am after taking the dog out and told me that she saw a bright red explosive light on the horizon of our neighbors' houses, west (mind y'all, this is in the middle of a noreaster, where winds blow from the east, and these winds were coming from the west, the direction of this bright light). i went outside to check it out and saw that there were now pulsating red lights in that direction on the horizon, much duller and more subtle than my mom said the explosive one was. it looked like it was left over from that. then i saw a disc flying towards the direction of the apparent light my mom saw, and the disc was flashing blue and red lights underneath it. it was completely silent. then it made an abrupt u-turn, and started coming towards me. when it flew over my head, it suddenly began making noises like a plane, but this wasn't a gradual increase in volume - it was very sudden. it looked like it'd changed shape, too, like it was trying its best to look like a plane, but wasn't quite right. after flying over me, it looked like it was going back in a circle and towards the direction of the previous explosive light again. planes can't make such sharp u-turns so abruptly, so i doubt it was one."
