"I was looking at the storm outside on my balcony when a light appeared above the light gray clouds at 10:10pm, it stayed stationary for about 5 minutes, then it became very bright for 10 seconds, then dimmmed in 5 seconds until it disappeared. it did that about 3 or 4 times, at the same spot over mont royal then it never came back. next to it was a slowly moving green glow in a cloud that appeared and disappeared 2 times but stayed there longer than the ufo (from 09:55pm until 10:30pm). there were no fire works at the port that night that could explain the green glow."
