Witness Testimony

"Me and my wife were standing on our balcony which is ont the second floor. at first i saw a light flashing through the clouds but thought to myself it must be just a satellite or a star. but then the clouds dissipated and had a proper look and the light. all i can say is it was shining even brighter than any light i saw. i told my wife to look and she saw it too but she saw another one lower that i didnt see. but for 3 minutes i didn't took off my eyes on it. it was amazing it was getting brighter while moving in flashes of 3 5 1... i lost count after since it was irregular. but did some hovering for 1minute moved in a position 45â° where it was than stopped.After moved upward i think another 45â° and came back to where it was.While flashing. then went n to ne outside of view from me. distance from me maybe 52km maybe more. it was definitely in orbit of earth. as it was turning toward n to ne we saw the shape of it while the light was flashing and it wasnt small for me but for my wife maybe. a cigar shape around 300ft to 1100ft big i was just able to see it in a glimpse of an eye when it flashed its bright light. almost like sounding with laser waves or other. it was making no sound except for a light as bright as a star and the feint shaped of what it looked. except for that every thing here is all normal. maybe some few electric outages in the area. but dont know why."
