Witness Testimony

"Saw a white flashing light stationary for 3 mins but was pulsing on and off over bolton looking toward manchester. i went outside to get a better look and then the light stopped 1 mins later form the same position i saw single streak of light faster than anything i have ever seen speed away towards winter hill or west from where it was. i am not a ufo expert but what i saw has made me report it on here. my father is very well up on aeroplanes so i grew up knowing twhat they look like and behave like. this was defo nothing we know about and i cant believe what i saw. i first thought it was a aeroplane but it wasn't moving in any direction and there was no noise to say it was a helicopter etc. "
