Witness Testimony

"It was dusk and i had just gotten home from the grocery store. i let my 6 year old son out of the car and moved to the other side to get my 3 year old out of his car seat. as i was getting him out, my older son asked me while pointing towards the sky, "what is that, mommy? why is it doing that?" when i glanced up, it was blinking red and traveling across the sky so i immediately said, "plane". just as i was saying the word, it seemed to completely stop and hover. then it started moving side to side, up and down erratically and now flashing green and white along with the red at random. so then i said, "maybe a drone?", and we continued to watch it dance in front of us. it seemed to be very high for a drone. it was so high, i originally thought it was a plane and could not make out a definitive shape or surface. i was so dumbfounded about a minute passed before i started fumbling in my purse for my phone when i realized it was in the house. i ran both kids inside, grabbed my phone and came back out. it was still in sight and as i was running out, pulling up my camera app, the object made a complete vertical decent and disappeared from view behind the houses facing mine. "
