Witness Testimony

"I was returning home from the grocery store when i observed a steady green light moving slowly southeast. i arrived home and watched the light for a bit (observed two aircraft further off to the northeast. i took out my phone and took a picture. i then began filming (with bad commentary). the light hovered (i'd estimate it between 500-1000 feet off the ground and maybe 0.1-0.25 miles away from me.) i filmed the light for about 30 seconds. it moved a bit and then moved erratically before taking off. my camera was zoomed in (8x zoom) and was not steady. most motion is from me until the very end. i've never seen anything like this. i wonder if it may have just been a drone, but the lighting was odd and i would think i'd have heard a drone as it would have been closer to me.
