Witness Testimony

"9/08/18, 4:15edt. all house lights off and in small area (6) of homes on ridge at approx 2200 ft asl. no light from any other homes at that hour. i live near (15mi) a city which prohibits any kind of exterior lighting that would interfere with sky watching.Took my two small dogs out. started walk down driveway when fairly bright lights to my right caught my eye. first thought was that it was the moon at an angle that its reflection was being partially blocked by tree limbs. another 10 feet farther down the drive reminded me that (1) there was no moon here at that time and (2) there was also no tree there. stars etc. directly above me were there but their light was somewhat dull. the "object" that i saw was still stationary. i could not see any body or appendages due to the darkness. it had, as best as i could tell, 5 very bright lights in a row in a very slightly curved horizontal position. all were bright white and stationary. closley below these lights were 5 less bright lights situated vertically below the upper lights. during the time that i was out with the dogs, ca 7-8 minutes the object never moved or did the lights change in intensity. i got the dogs in quickly since i wanted to get my camera with telephoto lens to try a photo. it was about 4:30 am when i got back out and the object was gone. after this event i felt some euphoria since i had seen so may of those false reports on you tube which seem to be obvious fabrications. but since i received my first telescope at age 5 i have had a keen interest in the sky. in over seventy years i have never seen or imagined i saw anything unusual or unexplainable...Till now."
