Witness Testimony

"Filled out and filed at mufon hq with witness on the phone at mufon hq by field investigator 18809 on 10/10/2019.Witness has photos but they must be sent by email to assigned fi.. witness has a hard time typing. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- my little dog woke me up barking and the whole house was vibrating i thought it was an earthquake and i could see bright light outside. i thought it was the fire department or police and i had slept through an earthquake. i opened the door to look out and was hit by a welders bright white silver light. it was so bright light was coming in around the window shades. when my eyes adjusted i saw a white glowing cigar shaped missile type ufo just hovering vertically, over my neighbors two story roof. it looked like it had a war head on the tapered end of it on the top. the craft was as wide as a minivan and as tall as a light pole. it was hovering very close to the top of the roof of the neighbors apartment. all the street lights were out, but electricity was still on in the apartments because i saw my neighbors light come on. it seemed to have three rows of lights that circled it. i didn't think to get a photo before it just shot off toward the north. i have had three other sightings at this same location and my neighbors have seen the lights as well. i will try to get names and phone numbers for my field investigator. on 9/23 at 10 pm i saw the same thing on 9/30 between 10 pm and 11 pm i saw a black triangle with a red light in the center and yellow lights on all three corners on 10/09/2019 at 530 pm i saw the cigar shaped light again it went north to south and 20 minutes later south to north and finally shot off toward the east. this time the craft was very high in the sky and seemed to have a mist surrounding it.
