Witness Testimony

"Tonight was a perfectly clear sky. my eye was caught by a bright spherical object in the south east in the distance. i thought it was the moon but the moon was a half moon clearly visible to the south south west. this sphere was 3-4 times brighter and visibly 2-3 times larger than the moon (had the moon been full). i went outside watched the sphere hover for 3-4 minutes taking several pictures on my iphone. after it hovered pulsating slowly it sped off at huge velocity, but still silent, before disappearing from view in an instant. while it sped off it appeared to leave a pulsating trail, then stopped for an instant before it then totally vanished from view. while this was going on i could clearly see many planes in the distance and at high altitude. the local airport is 15 miles or so away and we see many, many planes each and every night and day. even the planes which fly over closely would typically be visible with all three lights white, green and red, but even the closest of these lights would appear as about 2-5% of the size of this object. about 1992 i witnessed 3 similar objects in the same location. they hovered for longer, weren’t quite as bright and moved off at high speed to the east. they were also silent and about the same size."
