Witness Testimony

"I rly dont rember much about this i was scrolling throw my pictures on my phone when i rembered taking these me and my buddy were hanging out i was in the passenger side of my car when i looked up into the sky i saw a cloud and this dot by the cloud i mean i watched this thing it got me so excited that i took a photo of it this thing did not move don’t ask me how i spotted it it’s just i look at the sky a lot my buddy in the car with me doesn’t even know about this and he was right by me the hole time i i nvm told him or showed the dot to him i figure a ballon would move from air currents this did not move then i was thinking maybe it a drone but this thing was by the cloud it was high up it reminded me of that sighting were the white dot got into a cloud and then bak out again my dot btw did nothing but stay by this cloud without moving jeez now that i’m thinking about it it’s creepy but i’m i’m not saying aliens but their was something their maybe it’s big brother keeping an eye on us sincerely thomas w hawco p.S. could you peeps just let me know what u think this is i’m curious this for the help b safe"
