Witness Testimony

"I was walking my dog and noticed a round, solid white object hovering approximately 300 to 500ft off the ground to my 11:00, as i focused my attention on the object it responded by slowly rising and traveling from west to north. i ran into the house and told my mother we both went out onto our back deck with binoculars and watched the object as it continued to rise in altitude and track north. after a few minutes this object morphed into something i can only describe as looking like a large plastic grocery bag. approximately 2 minutes after changing shape we lost sight of the object. i did do a internet search and found the same object in a youtube video called ufo morphs into garbage bag "
