Witness Testimony

"At 1530, while walking easrward on a residential street, i noticed a disc shaped craft approximately 20ft in diameter which appeared grey and slightly reflective in overcast clouds to the north. it traveled silently at a constant speed (50-100mph) and altitude (-500ft). it was visible for 30 sec before obscured by clouds. five minutes later spacetime weather displacement occurred, lasting an hour. clouds vaporized to the west, 40kt east wind began shiftin clouds in its wake. the sky cleared in a 25 degree arc on each side of the wake 20 minutes after sighting. the sun light became distorted before setting an hour later. sol was then visible as if seeing it in two places in the sky as well as the path intermediary in a blurry photon trail. the light became intense and confusing to determine sol's position for 10 minutes. there was also an ozone with high electromagnetic discharge smell and a 10 degree temp change. west and higher in altitude."
