SIGHTING: TONICA, ILLINOIS (UNITED STATES)

Witness Testimony

"I am a truck driver and was driving south on i-39 near tonica illinois when i first seen the lights. it was around 2:30 in the morning. at first i could see it out my windshield and it looked like 2 lights both going in a large oval swoop opposite each other. i stopped just north of bloomington,il and woke my husband up to check it out to make sure i wasn't crazy. it was following along with us and at this point it was right outside my driver side window. that was at 3:10am. i continued through bloomington and onto i74 east and when i got just about to le roy they just vanished. the last glimpse i had of them was in my mirror. it was a cloudy night and to describe what i saw the best i can would be it looked like 2 people were walking on the clouds looking for something with flashlights. but all i could see was the light below the clouds. it's hard to describe. i do have a video but it's not that great and was recorded just north of bloomington when i stopped. (fyi it's dark so make sure your screen light is up)"
