Witness Testimony

"While walking back into the building to work i was standing under a shade tree at 12:45 pm looking at the clouds to the nw of me when about a dozen white small tic tac objects materialized on the west side of the cloud. they floated through the cloud and formed a weird shape. remained in this shape following a south westerly direction. for about a minute or so. once they were overhead they split into two groups of 6/7 each and formed a v. no noise no glare anything. i watched and realized i need to grab my phone in my purse and reached for it when i couldn't find it right away i just went back to watching the objects and a few seconds later they appeared to be turned on their ends and the very center was a white glowing perfect circle. this was visible for a few seconds and then they vanished just in the plain sky. no cloud near where they were. completely disappeared it was beyond belief."
