"On September.02,2016 Friday at 2355 Hrs. On foot patrol in parking lot at parking lot. Looking toward Mississippi River over Rock Island Illinois. I seen Rectangular Green object flying around,changing direction sudden and heights. Object was flying real smooth and without any effort and no noise at all !. I Freak out ! I lost sight as it zoom over the building.July.04,2016 Monday at 2100 Hrs. coming out of my rear house to go to work, I've seen Rectangular but in Red color just hovering then move around the tree and lost sight. "
