"On november 30th at around 6:55 p.M.(cst)a dumbbell-shaped object with flashing lights moved over the witness' apartment at unknown altitude. a second object with flashing lights also appeared briefly. the witness took video of the objects for a duration of about twenty minutes. the witness contacted this investigator directly and asked me to file this report for her. "
