Witness Testimony

"I was on my way to work this morning monday oct 14th at 4:22 am. i was about 2 miles outside of urbana when i saw what i thought was a meteor streaking through the sky. it was in the north east. it streaked downward for about 4-8 sec with a trail behind it. the main object was about the size of mars when seen in the night sky. at one point it made 90 degrees turn without slowing down. it then abruptly slowed and tracked in a southerly direction for about 20 seconds. where it started to fade to a dark gray blue and then vanished. "
