"Workers noticed a bright ball up in the sky perfect solid white circle looked silver on the side facing the sun. that had a haze around it. it was over us all day then around 4 pm it slowly headed sw. everyone tried to get photos on their phone but it wouldnt show up when you took the picture. even my phone. we had clouds in the morning and that is when they saw it... later that day there were no clouds and it was still above us. sometimes it looked to have a vapor trail but it wasnt moving. easily 20 to 30 people saw it."
