" Lights hovering.Bright white light in sky yet lower than the stars in altitude. Slowly hovering vicinity. Able to see with naked eye but required focus. It was so odd that after arriving home i couldn't help but glance outside again and it rose pretty quickly blinking red white and blue. I can still see it but its risen into comparison of first glimpse. "
