Witness Testimony

"It was 11pm when i sitting on my couch watching tv when i noticed out of the corner of my eye a wavy clear horizontal apparition. when looking directly at it i immediately said "hello" with no response from it. the apparition was in front of the end table nearest to the front door distorting the things in back of it. i stared at it for about a minute and decided to get up and try to put my hand through it. it immediately dispersed. 1115pm the beam of negative light was beaming directly through my neighbor's roof. it was the house to the southeast of mine. it was void of any light and i immediately got the sense that my neighbors were being visited by extraterrestrials. i watched carefully listening for anything. there was a strange chirping noise coming from inside the house.I do not know if the beam caused any damage. 1200am after all the excitement i decided to take my dog for a walk around the block when i got up to the main road a person in an old timey trench coat with sunglasses was climbing onto the sidewalk on the other side of the road. my dog doesn't usually bark at people across the road but this person spooked him like i have never seen before. this person initially seemed to walk back and forth until he seemed to try to hide behind a light pole. then he walked over to a brick pillar and hid behind that! i got an extremely strange vibe from that guy. possible man in black.
