"Hat shape object hovering in sky below thick cloud cover, no stars. tilted to a 45 degree angle. remained perfectly still and then faded away slowly. seemed maybe 2 miles away. no blinking, but it did tilt and then straighten. the video doesn't look like anything but a blurry fit, but it had a definite hat type shape then shifted to a round shape. "
