Witness Testimony

"The witness observed a red-glowing object following a prop plane at a distance of 200 feet back and below the flight path of a landing prop plane. the plane was heading north. it descended to the north-east as it was landing. the glowing red object continued to the north. the elevation was estimated at 1,000 feet when first spotted, continuing at a speed estimated at 100 mph. the size of the object was approximately 20 feet in diameter. the witness observed the object as the plane crossed over 380/20 near east waterloo. the event took place at 7:40 p.M. a similar glowing object was observed the very next day in the same area but was not observed following a plane."
