Witness Testimony

"I let my dogs outside at 5 am. as i was letting them back in around 5:15 i noticed the international space station coming from the west under the big dipper to east northeast.. i called for my wife to come see it. i checked my phone app and the iss didn't have any visible passes that day. a few minutes later we noticed that an apparent satellite appeared in the north sky between the 'pot' of the big dipper and the north star. every 1-2 seconds another one appeared at the same place following the previous one. i didn't count the total but it must have been around 30 or more total. after these stopped appearing we noticed other satellite looking objects starting in the west sky and on the same east northeast flight path. the newest satellites were on a slightly lower and slightly higher path than the originals. these appeared about 5 seconds apart. i probably saw another 10-15 satellites before they stopped. i have never seen this many satellites on the exact same path before. i don't know what they were. are they satellites? thank you."
