Witness Testimony

"From my position i was staring at the moon in a mostly clear night sky. i saw 2 bright lights moving from the area of the star which i believe to be vega, which is in a 5pm position in relation to the moon, travel from the position of that star in a path from sw to ne direction. i thought it was odd that they were keeping the exact same distance from each other while i watched them. the duration was about 15-20 seconds. they were moving on the right side of the moon from bottom to top from my perspective. i thought perhaps it was planes reflecting the moonlight on such a clear night just playing tricks on my eyes but then the lights both dissipated at the same time and i could not see them any further. i did not see a flashing light such as an airplane and did not hear any sounds of aircraft.I watched for another 10 min (approx) and did not see them again in the sky in the same area or in the area that would have been considered their flight path if they had continued flying in the same direction. i'm honestly not sure what the lights were,but i saw them and they were bright white lights that looked like bright stars for about 15-20 seconds."
