Witness Testimony

" It was 15:58 PM- The last day of Deer season. I'm sitting my truck, watching 2 fields for deer. Facing due east. From possibly 15 degrees north/north east and possibly 10 miles away, a round disk shaped object came from N/E Iowa at probably Mach 2. It had a white hue around its front. The sun was at my back. The object was like polished st/steel. It came to a dead stop one half mile due east of me and hung in the air for about 2 minuts. After it stoped the hue went away. It looked like the cover of a Revere Ware sauce pan, on its edge. After about 2 min's, the thing turned 90 degrees and gave a huge, bright, white flash and then dissappeared. Its elevation was less then 1000 feet. There were seris clouds in an otherwise clear afternoon. Comparing its size to a farm house behind it, I estimate it to be about 30 feet in diameter--It was approximately 1/2 mile from my position.
