Witness Testimony

"Smoking on my back deck in the dark, looking at cassiopeia i saw peripherally a flash like a star flaring. the magnitude of the object was slightly smaller than the north star. it flashed/flared into my sight, and ascended away from earth rotating on a counter-clockwise turn. as it ascended away through the turn it faded more and more from my sight until it disappeared before going through 1/4 of a full circle. this is the 3rd time i've seen this, spread out over the past week, always in the same general area of cassiopeia and the andromeda galaxy, always in a time window between 9 p.M. and 11 p.M. cst. no one has answered my question as to what it could be. i know what a satellite looks like and the type of path they take, and this was not that. i know what high altitude jets look like and it was not that, the pulsation was too short, it did not repeat, and the objects always appeared to be ascending away from the earth."
