Witness Testimony

" UFO sighting in Onalaska, WI.I was driving to school to pick up my daughter from a concert. I could see light far away behind the trees. First saw it was a plane, but the lights did not seem to move. I though it was strange that a plane would move that slow. As I kept driven, I got a clear view, and realized it was a round object at about 7,000 ft. (not sure) It had square color lights around it. The lights took turn flashing brighter than the others, but it was not at a fast speed. Or maybe the object was moving in circles but it was very slow, as it seemed to be sitting still in the air. I kept driving to my destination so no sure how long it remained in place.
