Witness Testimony

"I was dropping a friend off to his house when both of us noticed a bright star like light hovering. I had assumed that it was a weather balloon but as I drove back the hovering object seemed to move in irradical patterns. The object seemed like it was emitting a strange light that had me awestruck at the sight of it so much that I had lost focus driving and almost hit a deer. I have since then researched any other rational explanations and can't find one suitable to explain the occurance. The object looked as if it was just 600 yards away and I could see it as I was traveling to my house just 4 miles away. The object freaked me out too much to keep track of."
