Witness Testimony

"Around 8pm in the winter of 2014 I was out walking with my girlfriend in Steven's Point, Wisconsin.The sky was clear. While headed back home I noticed what looked like two very bright stars or satellites above the apartment buildings and tree line. They were arranged vertically, one above the other, and remained motionless. Within a few seconds of my noticing, they steadily decreased in brightness until they had disappeared completely. There was no sound or movement. They did not drift like flares or fireworks, and were not moving like satellites. No clouds were visible passing in front of them."
