Witness Testimony

"I went outside at 8:25 pm, on July 12, 2016, to do some chores outside before it got dark. It was not dark at that time. I noticed this object in the sky right away, it just stuck out, not looking like anything normal you would see in the sky. It was low enough that I know for a fact it did NOT have any wings, or a tail wing. It made no sound, and left no trail behind. It was going in the direction of south-east slowly and appeared it was going straight. I first thought it was a cylinder shape, but cigar shape would also apply to me in what it looked like. It was a silver color, but not a bright color. I did not notice any lights. I watched it for a few minutes, than ran into the house, which was close, to grab my binoculars, and ran out. It was gone. I know what I saw."
