Witness Testimony

" Approximately 8 flashing lights, moving in the sky between 7:30 pm and 8:30 pm.I went outside to call my cat in at 7:30 and looked up at the clear, starry sky and, saw what looked like many airplanes all at once. Each flashed like a strobe light,some moved at a steady pace, and others hovered moving slowly and stopping. All were in close proximity in the sky, could be viewed from one side of the yard, not the other. I checked on and off over the course of an hour or so,and they remained visible.
