" THOUGHT IT WAS A SMALL JET ,THEN NOTICED THERE WERE NO WINGS, AND THEN NOTICED THERE WAS NO SOUNDTHE CYLINDER (CIGAR) SHAPED OBJECT MOVED FAST AS A JET BUT SILENT. IT WAS WHITE WITH BLUE IN THE CENTER OF THE OBJECT MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST. NO LIGHTS DURING THE DAYTIME ABOUT 4:27 PM CENTRAL TIME. IN SIGHT LINE FOR ABOUT 15 SECONDS. "
