Witness Testimony

"Working at tulelake and klamath basin nwr in 2015 i saw a bright light in the klamath basin refuge without a known source. it was over a levy and i could not see the source but knew, from my experience working in the area, that there was nothing in the refuge that could produce a light so bright that i could see it through the morning fog like this one. no hunters were yet present and none of them, as a rule, would use a bright light for their set-up. the light lasted for about five minutes until eventually fading out. it was observed from the state line road and our fire staging area and was likely nearby due to parallax. it was bright enough to illuminate the sky and air around it with bright white light. when on the refuge i put effort in to finding where it may have been but found no likely location."
