Witness Testimony

"White flashes of light over mountains in Southern Oregon.My dad was heading home this evening when he spotted three flashing lights in the night sky (around 9:00 pm).He came in to the house and told my brother and I about the flashing objects in the sky. We went outside and looked south towards northern California or Eastern Oregon. It was hard to tell where exactly these lights were coming from. All we know is that the light flashes were occurring at random moments over the mountains. The sky was clear, stars were clearly visible, and there was no sound coming from these flashes. The area where we witnessed these flashes was extremely quiet. No cars, no loud machinery, etc. The lights flashed at random bursts. Some bursts of lights were more intense than others. They would flash white and some bigger flashes contained a white ball of light in the middle. In some cases, the flashes extended over the mountains and beamed towards our direction. Each burst was on the other side of the mountains.
