Witness Testimony

"My father and I spotted a light moving in the sky above Nenagh town. It wasn't moving in a straight line so we figured it's not an aircraft or satellite. It didn't seem to flash any lights at regular intervals but it did reflect the sun at times. It briefly went below the clouds where it became dark in color. When it was in the blue sky it appeared as a white a dot. It moved side to side by small amounts and moved slowly. It was probably a balloon, but I never saw something like that before. I saw no shape. It was only a dot in the sky really. My father said there was a plane beside it when he first noticed it."
