"Spent the night parked off Highway 101 in a pull out. Saw a very bright light on the horizon, we watched it zoom along the horizon for hours that night, with it frequently disappearing into the ocean and going back up into the sky. It moved erratically at times, and was so bright and moved so fast that it couldn’t be a boat or plane. "
