Witness Testimony

"Sitting on the beach facing the ocean, I turned towards the cliffs and noticed a LONG strand of lights that appeared to be floating away at a slow speed. At first I assumed it was a string of lights hanging from a telephone line close by, but then didn't see any connection to the cliff or the street. Then I realized it was actually higher in the sky above the cliff. I said to my friend "what's THAT?? What's THAT???" There was a soft twinkling translucence to the lights as they moved. From our vantage point it was a diagonal low on the left and higher and further away on the right. It was drifting away, and slowly becoming more and more dim. I ran to the only other people on the beach and said "excuse me, do you see those lights?" Two teenage girls saw it and started screaming with excitement...their father joined us and saw it just as it faded from our sight. Their little brother never found it in the sky. The dad asked "what WAS that??" and the girls replied "ALIENS!!" I'm curious if anyone else even noticed it. Most people look in the direction of the ocean, not the cliff behind you. Sadly, when I tried to take a pic, my iphone was adjusting and lighting up the sky, which made the dim lights impossible to see."
