Witness Testimony
"Bright light in east, falling, the bouncing horizontally along the horizon, then making a circle and shot up.At 0645 on December 5, 2011, I was headed into work traveling south on highway 212 about 5 miles north of Billings, Montana. I noticed a very bright light high up in the sky to the east. It was brighter than any star and over twice as big. It was falling straight down toward the ground and at first I thought it was a meteor. Before it reached the ground, it began to travel in an up and down bouncing motion horizontally toward the south. After it bounced along, well above the horizon, it suddenly looped into a complete circle, then shot straight up into the air and was gone in seconds. I am 46 years old, a social worker and have a high school eduction. "
