Witness Testimony

"My wife and I were photographing area cotton gins for a local business calendar. It was 12;40 in the afternoon of October 8th. The gin we photographed is located just east of Lubbock, Texas. There were no clouds in the sky when we took the picture. We were using a Canon 5D camera with a 24-70 L lens. We did not observe anything out of the ordinary until the images were downloaded to the computer. The object in question was then observed. Images were taken 10 seconds before and twenty seconds after the picture submitted was taken and no questionable objects were seen. The image has not been altered in any way."
