Witness Testimony

"My daughter and I were traveling West on tx 190 through harker heights my daughter saw the red first. I looked up to see a bank of red lights, bar shaped, hovering over the roadway. I don't know how far up they were. Lights turned slowly and flew off to the west before disappearing. I scanned the sky to see if I could account for the unusual lights and saw another light bank on the other side of the highway. This one was a blue green. It was close enough that I could distinctly make out 4 individual square/rectangle shaped lights. I drove underneath it and had no way of checking behind me at that angle. My daughter said she didn't see it although at this point, the sun was coming up and obscuring her view. We see a lot of interesting lights in this area, but this is by far the most unusual. I did not see anything about it in the news, so I ask here."
