Witness Testimony

"Sat 2/19, outside to walk dog. Looked over my house rooftop (eastward) and saw an unusual silent brilliantly bright circle of soft white light moving approximately Sw to Ne. It seemed quite large, but w/o reference, have no way of knowing how far away it was, nor how high. It moved in a straight line w/o variation toward Texarkana area (my supposition). There were no blinking lights of any kind, and it's own light never varied in intensity. No sound whatsoever. I called for another person to come out immediately to verify what I saw. She said it's movement, lightness, and silence, reminded her of a balloon, only it was moving in a direct line w/o waver. It neither grew larger nor smaller as we watched. It also travelled much faster than a small airplane. It disappeared after some seconds. Whole sighting took maybe a minute and was over by 6:55pm. All I could say afterward was "Wow!" Did not report to any agency, nor did I hear of any other folks seeing anything, but this is a rural area and wouldn't really expect that. Any suggestions? We don't know the orbit of the space station, nor how fast it would have gone by, or if that was a possiblity? Also, it was almost a totally cloudless evening, some stars out. TKU"
