Witness Testimony

"Viewed SE of Oswestry, this "dot" moved faster than what I have observed a "shooting star" would. It would cross a large distance then stop dead still for a second and performed various random upward/downward, and spiralling motions, disappearing momentarily on occassions, as if blotted by the light cirrus clouds. It performed many of these random movements over the same area for a period of 15 min's until I lost sight of it, at about 23.15hrs. It was a hazy Pink colour, which appeared undiminished, and constant in all aspects of size and colour at whatever altitude or plane I saw it. There were aeroplanes visible at the same time, but they were distinguisable by their flashing lights. It made no noise.My initial thoughts were that it was a laser, but these were dispelled when the object could clearly be seen in "open", clear sky."
