"Reddish Orange & White, cylinder light, appeared in the Southern sky and hovered silently for 3-4 minutes before leaving sight eastboundRedish orange and white, cylindrical shaped light seemed to appear from nowhere very low in the southern sky above the River Bend RV Park. It then proceeded silently to curve towards the east while making manuevers unmanageable by a plane and flying too low. It hovered mid sky motionless for 3-5 minutes. It then proceeded to very slowly move again towards the east and became dimmer with random bright flashes until out of sight. "
