Witness Testimony

"I seen a black saucer ufo on the George Washington Bridge going to New York. It was black like the stealth bomber plane that titanium black color. It had two solid red lights on each side of it that did not blink. It was hovering just above the bridges top level about 12 to 15 ft up from the cars. When it was hovering it was shaking side to side in a very fast motion. It then shot out a white solid beam like a spotlight but it the light was a very bright white. It would shoot that white beam out on and off very fast into the Hudson River. The ufo was bigger than a car in size and it was saucer shaped. I was in the car with 4 people. I was in the backseat behind the driver seat. The other guy that seen it was next to me in the backseat I pointed it out to him. He didn't know what it was either. The ufo was located on the left side of the bridge the side where you enter new jersey it was 12 to 15 ft in the air from the top level of the bridge but it was on the outside of the bridge it wasn't hovering over the bridge it was hovering over the water just on the outside of the bridge. I wasn't sure if that was important but I didn't wanna leave out any details. This happened last year I. June or July at night time somewhere after 10 pm I can't remember precisely I apologize for that. Well that's what happened. I've never seen a ufo prior to this except for on tv and I've never seen one since except for on tv or online. What I seen that night I'd love to say was a helicopter or something just to make some since out of it. But it was shaped like a saucer all black with two solid red lights that never blinked. All I can think that I saw was a genuine UFO."
