"While bird hunting in Washington State. 3 persons, on a mountain at Chelan Butte,Washington ( near the Day Wireless Systems facility). All three witnesses heard turbine engine type noise that sounded like a helicopter approaching. As they turned around, expecting to see a helicopter, what they saw appeared to be a giant white colored Dandelion looking object about 40 ft. in diameter. It passed within appox. 1,500' from the witnesses. The object stopped in a hover next to the large antenna's of the Day Wireless Facility. It then continued to hovered, just above the ground, rotating slowly in a stationary position for about 5 min. , then departed at high rate of speed. This sighting took place on September 5, 2013 around 3 pm."
