Witness Testimony

"I stopped at the rest area on I-90 west before exit 196 in Washington State, just east of Moses Lake. I wanted to use my 70mm telescope to video record the moon before the lunar eclipse on Sunday 9/27/2015 to get an idea of how I wanted to photograph the event. I set up my 70mm telescope before sunset with my computer and 5 megapixel video camera in the truck parking area as I was driving a 10' Uhaul truck with my car on a tow dolly. I parked on the left side of an 18 wheeler at the 4th to last parking spot to block the view of anyone using the rest area. I set up my equipment next to the drivers door of the Uhaul truck I was driving and the moon was just rising above the east entrance of the rest area. I waited until it was above the trees and the truck next to me. I began shooting a series of 30 second clips to take back to the hotel and use my image processing software to stabalize and enhance the image. When I viewed clip number 12 at 3 seconds into the clip there is an object traveling from the top of the frame to the bottom. It is only there for about a second or less if you blink you will miss it. I am not sure if this could be dust or a terrestial object(like a satelite) out of focus passing in front of the camera."
