" Fast white dot.Driving eastbound on I-5 near Ritzville, Wa. Saw a single white dot of light, similar to a satellite, moving south to north in an arc at about 30 degrees above the horizon. It was too fast to be a satellite or aircraft, but too slow to be a meteor. No flashing beacons, so not an aircraft. Looked similar to the ISS, but moved faster and south to north instead of West to East. Went out of sight below the horizon.
