Witness Testimony

" Black Triangle Craft spotted in Spokane, WashingtonIt was a fairly clear day in Spokane, me and my parents were on a walk with our dog while I was visiting and we heard a noise coming from the sky. The sound however was not the sound of an airplane from the nearby airport. I looked up to the sky to see a small black triangle craft coming down to earth, I panicked and pointed it out to my parents (I'm 23). We did not get a photo graph of the object. The craft slowly descended down to the sidewalk, the craft was around 4 ft. long and 2 ft. tall. and had green and blue lights all over, the craft also made a few sounds along the lines of "boop beep ziiip". The craft hovered in front of me and my parents for a short time before shooting off into the sky. Us 3 are the only witnesses to this event as far as I know. I'm not sure if our dog should count as a witness or not, he did bark at the object a few times, so if you do count as animals as witnesses, it's 4.((NUFORC Note: Serious report, or maybe not?? I own a Cessna 172g and fly it for recreational purposes, I am currently looking into a job to be a Pilot. I did not fly a plane to Spokane where my parents live, I took a long and beautiful car trip. I had my parents give me a run down of the whole situation, my father believes the craft may have been scanning us, my mother doesn't know what to think, but they don't want to be involved with the whole situation((END #3)) "
