"Witnessed 10 to 12 spot light size ( ufos ? ) move in a circular motion from above the clouds or from within the clouds. lasted about 30 seconds and stopped. then re-appeared about 10 seconds later but moved completely random and quick movements for about another 30 seconds and dissapeared. "
