Witness Testimony

"I was sitting on my front porch facing west and was looking west. when i saw a steady bright white light (the size of a distant plane or a star but much brighter) quickly flying from south to north, coming from the horizon in a diagonal upward path. it was way too fast to be a plane at that speed (and distance since the light was small or far away). plus it was weirdly bright and non-blinking like planes and helicopters do. it was just so bizarre looking and out of place. then it started to slow way way down quickly and pulsate and grow dim. then it stopped completely in the sky at about 15* from where it began. it then flashed two bright (again) lights twice (which made me gasp out loud because each thing was weirder than the last. then it went to that one bright light but it was blinking or flashing now and it began to move back towards where it came, from north to south, very very slowly!! at times it was hard to tell if it was moving it was going so slow and the lights grew more dim and dim. it could have been moving more westward away from me but it was hard to tell. i watched it but it seemed to just disappear!
